If you’re not 100% satisfied, items must be returned within 7 days from the day you received the merchandise for a full refund, or within 14 days for a store credit.

We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen package after we have provided a shipment tracking number.

Customers will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping.

All items can be returned up to 14 days.

IN STORE PICKUP 

In store pickup has the same return policy as the store: 1 day refund; three days for store credit.

The package must be picked up within 24 hours of when you received the email that the order is ready, in order for us to honor a return.

DUTY - for international packages

If applicable, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional cost before your purchase, as customs policies and duties greatly vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
